On Level 3 of parking garage #2, there is short walkway leading into the 3rd floor CCBC Owings Mills building, elevators are on the left-hand side once you enter the building. The main entrance to the CCBC Owings Mills building is located on the ground level facing Grand Central Avenue. The main entrance is labeled, "County Campus Metro Centre at Owing Mills, elevators are located in the ground floor lobby. CCBC Owings Mills classrooms, departments, and offices are located between the third and sixth floors.
