Questions & Answers
- How do I get to CCBC Owing Mills?
From I-695, take exit 19 (I-795 N/Northwest Expressway toward Reisterstown/Owings Mills). Take exit 4 (Owings Mills Boulevard). Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Owings Mills Boulevard N/MD-140 Reisterstown Road, and merge onto Owings Mills Boulevard. Turn right onto S. Dolfield Road. Turn right onto Painters Mill Road. Turn right onto Grand Central Avenue and proceed to the stop sign at the intersection with Grand Junction. Continue on Grand Central Avenue to garage#2, on the right. Enter garage # 2 on the Ground level by turning right to enter the parking ramp before the traffic circle, or continue to the traffic circle. Turn right at the first exit after entering the circle. Turn right at the stop sign and follow the sign to CCBC/BCPL. Parking on level 3 of the garage provides you access to the 3rd floor of the building. You may park on any level of garage #2.
From I-795 S to Owings Mills: Take exit 4 from I-795 S for Owings Mills Boulevard. The entrance to garage # 2 is located off the exit ramp, before the traffic circle. Stay to the left when the exit ramp from I-795 S divides into two lanes. Turn left into either of the garage # 2 entrance ramps. Parking on level 3 of the garage provides you access to the 3rd floor of the building.
- Where should I park at the CCBC Owings Mills?
Visitors can park in the available parking space on level 3 of parking garage #2 or any available street parking space on Grand Central Avenue.
Note: Handicap-accessible parking is available.
- Where should I go once I get to the Owings Mills campus and find parking?
On Level 3 of parking garage #2, there is a short walkway leading into the 3rd-floor CCBC Owings Mills building. Elevators are on the left-hand side once you enter the building.
The main entrance to the CCBC Owings Mills building is located on the ground level facing Grand Central Avenue. The main entrance is labeled, "County Campus MetroCentre at Owing Mills, Elevators are located in the ground floor lobby.
